Valley View, OH (December 1, 2021) – Greenhouse management and Nursery management are pleased to open nominations for the 2022 promotion of the Horticultural Industries Leadership Awards (HILA). Each year, the GIE Horticulture Group, with the support of Syngenta, honors six outstanding leaders of the greenhouse and nursery industries. - contribute to its development through their innovation and expertise
- excel in environmental stewardship
- improve the lives of employees, customers, communities and the industry as a whole through their charitable giving
- have a positive impact on the industry
“The green industry is full of caring and compassionate people who care deeply about their employees, their community and their colleagues,” said Kelli Rodda, Managing Editor. “It is a tremendous privilege to not only honor these industry leaders, but to learn and share their stories every year.
“HILAs provide a perfect opportunity to recognize the efforts of extraordinary individuals in our industry,” says Nick Collins, editor. “We would like to thank our long-time sponsor, Syngenta, for their continued support in helping to bring HILAs to the greenhouse and nursery markets. “
